The project is located in the Al-Awali area – Makkah Al-Mukarramah It is a commercial mall on an area of 10,000 m out of the total area of the project is 22,000 m². This area is divided into flats and a commercial mall consisting of parking floors + ground floor + mezzanine floor + first floor + dormitories with a total of 65 shops and commercial offices in addition to 7 cone elevators and 2 escalator.
Project Features
The project is characterized by the flexibility of the design and the elegance of the shape, whether on the external or internal facades, and it also provides rental, administrative and commercial spaces with large and varied areas in the form of a U-shaped, which facilitates the shopper to reach his destination with ease. There was a need to establish a commercial mall that serves this vital and important area to include a building located on the main road that contains 85 rental units inside. Care has been taken to equip them with all services and safety means and take into account all engineering standards in design and implementation, the design inspired by the classic style, which gives a comfortable and luxurious impression to visitors. It is a unique commercial and entertainment outlet in the Holy City of Makkah, to come with all that is modern and distinct, in line with the Kingdom’s 2030 vision. The distinct view of the administrative floors and the commercial ground floor was achieved over the open area and green spaces.
Development methodology
